Promote My Land
Promote my land
Full land promotion is separate from any subscription. There is no upfront cost — we carry the planning and promotion costs and are paid a 10–15% success fee only when your land sells with planning permission.
How the full land promotion route works
For sites we believe can be promoted through to planning permission. No upfront cost — we are paid a share of the uplift only when the land sells with permission.
1. Site enters the funnel
A landowner enters an address or postcode, or draws the field boundary on the map. Nothing is paid at this point.
2. Automated planning assessment
Logical Planning checks the local plan, allocations, settlement boundary, planning history, five-year housing land supply, constraints, nearby permissions and brownfield, Grey Belt or Green Belt status.
3. Qualification
Sites scoring well against those tests are flagged for review by our team. Sites that do not qualify still keep their report and can be monitored for local plan changes.
4. Promotion agreement
For selected sites we offer a promotion agreement with no upfront cost. Promotion and planning costs are carried by us and recovered on sale.
5. Planning permission and sale
We promote the site through the local plan or a planning application, then take it to market. Our success fee of 10–15% of the sale value is paid only on completion.
Promotion is offered to selected landowners only, and any agreement is subject to contract. See how this differs from our subscriptions.
